A masterpiece takes the sea:
the delivery of Four Seasons I
Fincantieri has officially delivered Four Seasons I to Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings, the joint owner and operator of Four Seasons Yachts.
The handover took place at the Ancona shipyard, marking the completion of a monumental project involving over 2,000 workers and partner companies. The 34,000-tonne vessel features 95 all-suite accommodations, each designed as a private ocean-facing sanctuary. A highlight of the ship is the flagship Funnel Suite, which spans 457 square metres of indoor-outdoor living space, ranking it among the most exclusive accommodations ever created at sea. The overall design philosophy prioritises open-air living with generous terraces and a direct connection to the ocean.
Beyond its luxury credentials, Four Seasons I represents a significant milestone in the digital evolution of shipbuilding. It is the first vessel built under the Navis Sapiens programme, featuring an integrated digital architecture that leverages artificial intelligence and real-time data. This scalable system, developed by Fincantieri Ingenium, supports safer and more efficient operations while allowing for the seamless integration of future technologies.
The delivery of this "digital intellect" vessel sets a new paradigm for the hospitality industry. With the handover now complete, Four Seasons Yachts enters its final year of preparations before the ship’s highly anticipated debut in January 2026.
